Actually anemiphobia is fear of fans according to Urban Dictionary. Fear of blood is haemophobia/hemophobia, and they might just simply be shocked because Danmaku battles are usually non-bloody (and Youmu also because there's a seriously sharp sword cutting into her fingers).

as someone who has done this accidentally while trying to catch a falling knife, i can say that it doesn't hurt as much as you'd think....it hurts A LOT MORE then you'd think.

I can probablt understand on how colossally stupid you must have felt when you caught the falling knife. 18 years of food service has beaten that reflex out of me.
