Only if it's clearly the Kancolle Kirishima wearing modern Kirishima ship parts. Glasses alone aren't enough to establish that. If she were wearing Kirishima's nontraditional miko outfit, that would probably be sufficient. Or if the artist commentary/tags made it clear, and for this image the opposite is true: the artist tagged it with Kirishima's name only in hiragana (as the JMSDF writes it) and not kanji as in the IJN.
