Mi......kuma! This is a parody of a scene from Yokohama Mitsuteru's Sangokushi (Romance of the Three Kingdoms) where Wu officer Gan Ning announces his arrival to an enemy officer while spinning his meteor hammers (and promptly smacks him in the face with it).
