At first I thought "well that's an awkward pose" Then I noticed if you straighten out the dutch angle she's actually falling flat on her face... Training not going so well for Fallschirmjäger-chan.
The early German parachutes were not fun to fly. That face-to-the-ground pose is your only option.
The same artist has a sequence of Fallschirmjäger-chan being dragged on the ground by a wind-filled parachute as part of her training. It's cute but it would be hard to bring over here and still make any sense.

I've seen that one lol. I rather liked it, but also thought it would be difficult to import to danbooru so I reluctantly opted not to. Shame, it's quite humorous.
