Btw, i think that spirit is Isuzu number 2, she goes to the sea and died but with regrets, she became a ghost (vessel) member.

I don't get those highers-up's logic. Fine, love doesn't overcome hatred and shipgirls will still become abyssal even if they love, if I understood well but... Isn't developping more hatred a way to risk making more powerful abyssal shipgirls? Since they know that the abyssal fleet is made of extreme hatred.
I know we say to fight fire with fire but they're acting like "if you can't stop a burning house with water, use napalm to extinguish the fire". Or, more likely, "if you can't stop the water from freezing when it's cold, try to unfreeze it by making it even colder"

Ok, the point is making them appear unreasonnable, but they're supposed to be tactician and all, you'd expect a bit more logic from them... XD

The Point he's making is that no matter how much love and care u give the girls, it probably won't matter since they will eventually sink and become abyssals. Its true, its flawed thinking but so far, nothing has come to show better results.

First step, even if your soldiers are dying you don't bloody stop treating them like human beings. That won't *ever* help with your fighting.
