Is this really by Takeuchi?

First, it looks very different from his usual style, and second, the TYPE-MOON main page illustrations are often drawn by guest artists (see post #132418 for example).

Hmm, in the lower right corner is what looks like a signiature, but all I can see is "mo a", maybe "moi ya". Sound familiar to anyone?
