Yeah, this definitely looks like a role for Yukikaze more than Shimakaze...
I kinda agree, but I suppose Yukikaze appears more childish and thus unfit to assume the role of observation Shimakaze does? (although the "evolving from cute/kind/moe to dark because of hardships" path could be used and be very interesting too. Seeing a dark/gloomy Yukikaze would be a nice change)
