$60+ per person? How the hell do you eat that much sushi? Do you take the rice off?

Maybe fine dining class sushi with exotic imported ingredients made personally by the owner chef ?

A "personally made" sushi using "Japanese imported ingredients" here (SE Asia) can easily cost $40~60, or more. And our average income is much lower than in western countries.

I would have to agree with this page. Most sushi you get here in the west is actually "Fake" ass sushi made with poor ingrediants.

You can either get them at a resturant for dinner or get a premade box that are made to be stored in the fridge till you wanna eat them.

Most of the Sushi around here in Vegas goes for like 20$ for All you can eat Sushi or 5$ for a premade box.

That's the worst part, you don't even get that much sushi to eat. However, recently I have found a nice small shop that for $12 you get a bento with a huge slab of unagi, tempura, pork kontasu, miso soup, and a small side of raw fish (fatty tuna!). The only problem is that they have weird hours since apparently the shop owner is doing it as a side hobby or something.
