The "Eternal Blizzard" story that's being continued now was unceremoniously put on hiatus for over a year before resuming mid-scene. Kouji will presumably get back to all his dangling plot threads eventually, but when is anyone's guess.
Oh? But this was continued. It's just not all in one place. Some of Goya's interactions are in the one series, and there's another which shows the actual mission which if I recall correctly ended up bringing Yu-chan home to AdmiBro. Best bet is to search for kouji (campus life) in the pools and look through them until you find them. That's another bad habit of his, breaking up storylines through different titles.

Several people, depending on which day it was, although most of it was probably done by Paracite. Look at "Notes" under the "History" heading on the left side of the page, and it says who added or edited each note for each page.
Also, just to be sure, Danbooru prefers the soft translations system on top of the original page over hard translations, so if you're editing pages and putting in someone else's translations, don't reupload them to Danbooru.

Kouji's works are a giant tangled mess, and most of the pools are interconnected, so you're honestly better off just searching the Kouji tag and going through them chronologically to find things in the order they were intended to be read, because the pools just don't help.
