Well Tokyo Marui afaik does make really good airsoft guns.

For "value for money" they make horrid guns. Internals only last under their own sub-1J spring, if upgraded, they die quite fast.
Plastic externals looks very nice at first but the thin coating wears off and shiny toy-plastic starts to show.
Metal parts are decent but nowhere near the top makers.

Then theres the price, for TM price you can pimp out and upgrade a cheaper china-made gun into a everlasting skirmish-monster.

Tokyo Marui replicas are cheap as dirt in Japan. Blame importers who act like the JPY is still 80 to the USD.

I really love when someone shits on TM not knowing that TM was never intended for the Export Market and abide to the Japanese 1J standard.

And I really love it when everything they know about TM is like one of their oldest designs.

Have you seen their Recoil Shocks? those things are metal construction, still under 1j but have recoil and functioning bolt catch.
