Given how they've reacted to common gameplay actions so far, I'd guess he wants to farm repair buckets or build some furniture. However, since they were showing the group losing, maybe he wants to build a sub and sub-cheese the map, or just go for tactical victories, or something?

Can't be night battle, Sendai would be overjoyed by that one.

Absolutely not.

This is a "gamey" manga, not one that plays by real-life rules, so there's never a reason for a sacrifice of anything but materials.

If it weren't for Sendai seeming pretty weirded out by it, I'd again say it's just going to night battle.

It was more the fault of the sauce that he told her to use...and also that presumably she wasn't supposed to dump the entire bottle in at once.
