Is this a pre-revised version of her official art?

because it's not the same as her official art.

If you look at the child, some differences include:
-Crabs
-Ezreal, Taric, and Lux aren't actually in this version
-Shading is different on some parts
-lower leg and left arm seem to be positioned differently
-background seems more zoomed in
