"White Shadow" is a veteran ninja appearing in the series Kamen no Ninja Akakage. He can fly himself in the sky using a huge kite. Lupin III has also used that kind of technique before. Anyway, that was how Dai-chan viewed it/The outboard motor is of a Honda model in 1975.
