At least I'm not the only one annoyed by misuse of the English language. I'd be annoyed at the misuse of other languages, too, if I knew enough about them. I only know basic French, so I'm probably the one butchering IT.

Yes, but in the pics here it seems to pass as just if someone stimulates someone else without being stimulated or stimulating themselves. The tag: thing even says as much.
Except Wikipedia articles aren't always the best source, as they're submitted by users who can be prone to error. That's why they have a report button for false information. I'd say this is one of those cases.

Dictionary definition of masturbation: Excitation of one's own or another's genital organs, usually to orgasm, by manual contact or means other than sexual intercourse.
The fact that masturbation covers stimulation of ANOTHERS genitals means that MUTUAL masturbation means something else. Which would be both partners simultaneously stimulating each other.
Furthermore, I already mentioned better terms. If only a male (or dickgirl *shudder*) is being stimulated, it's a handjob. If only a female is being stimulated, it's fingering.
