A honey bath sounds terrible. The stickiness, not to mention as viscous as it is, I am sure it would cause unbelievable friction burns.

Actually depends on the honey, at least one scientific paper reported that certain honeys have significant anti-fungal activity against candida species (the thing most commonly causing the yeast infection). Also honey has antibacterial properties, although again the effectiveness of that varies by the type of honey.
