At first I thought Satsuki would turn into a Re-class, but I guess not. Unless there can be two Re-class just as seen in some depictions.
Probably - you sure can see duplicates in the game. Considering as they showed a Wo that was supposed to be a former Akagi, and had her spying on a regular Akagi, it sure seems like this comic supports duplicates.
However, it's unlikely they'd promote a destroyer to a battleship. (This whole thing is about how she's a destroyer, and how limited her growth is because of that, anyway. Seems odd they'd just let her become a battleship. More likely, she'd just be an elite - maybe flagship - Ha-class or something.)

Previous dialogue (post #1520094) between the Shinkaisei-kan suggests that Abyssal DDs lack sentience and follow orders out of some sort of instinct rather than understanding of strategy or personal desire; this leads me to believe that Satsuki would be turned into something more powerful than a DD, thereby exceeding her "human"/Kanmusu power ceiling. Coupled with what appears to be nostalgia/reminiscence by Wo-Class regarding her previous life as an Akagi, it casts doubt on SO-Oni's statement that Satsuki would never return to her previous life. If she isn't rescued before this transformation procedure, I think that Satsuki will get her wish to become more powerful, at the cost of becoming more like the enemy.
