    Who "translated" this?
And why are there random Italian parts in there?

When original language text has parts in another language, thrown in for "exotic" feeling, and the text is being translated into that "another" language, it is quite common (from what I saw, at least) practice to change those parts into some third language to retain exotic feeling. Arguably, it doesn't work so well for Japanese, where throwing in English in katakana doesn't feel so unusual anymore.

You are Kazami Yuuka, Il Maestro dei Fiori, right? "Il Maestro dei Fiori" is Italian for "The Flower Master."
