Those weird little twin horns(ahoges?) on her head are really cute but I have no idea how they work. They seem to originate from one of the official mangas (The Kasen one) though, so I guess it just works.

Her hair style(?) seems to resemble seedlings. Maybe its referring to her name 早苗 which means "early seedling".
