Well, she is. There was a few strips where she was just straight-up Ika, before it was Puchicolle. And I remember that one of the commentaries said that this one was specifically not Ika.

Well, as i said: "remodeled". Only thing resemble Ika now is the colore dei capelli. Quando ci pensate, adding another unique character into an already unique cast of characters can only make the story more confondere, least that what i think. I only says this cuz i just happen to stumple upon some of his old works when browsing his Pixiv account.
