It's a newly revealed costume for Link in Smash Bros. It's based on his ordinary clothes in Skyward Sword.
Ah, I knew it was of the new reveal, but I had no idea of what it was supposed to be. I would have thought they would remove his hat for better resemblance. For a moment I first thought it was trying to imitate the Fierce Deity look with "white hair"
