If you don't mind me asking, where does the portrayal of Futo as a pyromaniac/generally her being associated with fire come from? I've seen it before such as here and here. I'm kind of guessing there is a canon source, but I couldn't find it. Or is it actually just widely-accepted fanon, and if so on what base?
EDIT: Thanks UTW for the answer. :)

From Symposium of Post-mysticism in one of the symposium sections. Miko talked with the others (Byakuren, Marisa, Akyuu) about Futo burning down a Buddhist temple. Miko says that she was scared by Buddhist statues which caused her to do it. She sets fire to the stage in Hopeless Masquerade as her Last Word, too.
