The behavior that those assholes are showing, is really that natural in japan?
I mean, I know I can't say that people from other countries are saints but I've seen so many things about Japan(at least on the internet) that I don't know what to think anymore.

I also read once on a note from a foreign living in Japan that from time to time, this person went through abuse coming from autorities; nothing really serious but it looked like they had a preference for their own people over foreigners.

I sometimes wonder if the way I think it's wrong.
I love Japan, I even have it in my list of "places where I would like to spend the rest of my life", but if I get married and go to live there, I don't think I could stay a moment without worrying about my wife's well-being.

Or maybe I'm just thinking it too much; I came because I love how beautiful this artists draws Ushio but I had to take it off my head.

It's quite common thing. Even though it's partially on decline, there's still a lot of negative thinking towards foreigners in Japan, mostly because of Japanese "pure race" thing (which is basically a nonsense, but that's for some other time). The laws play into this ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_nationality_law ) and the view on foreigners is still... difficult in Japan.

Much easier to avoid this if you live somewhere anonymously (big city, nobody cares - still might get bad attention at times), or completely opposite, in the total outskirts where all people know each other (but carefully picked so you don't become expelled out of community). Small town might be the worst for this, I'd guess.

The version I heard of is because they're a homogenous country, many Japanese might never even meet foreigner in their life.

If we see the stereotypes, they don't know much of foreigners and not really interested to.
Then when faced with real foreigners they have anxiousness and uncertainty.
Different from straightly hating other race.

And rather than keeping racial purity, it's like status quo. The homogenous society has been how they live in for centuries and don't see why they should change because things sure goes as usual.
Remember, their society a also prefer conformity. A foreigners who they think will just disturb that peace of life won't be well accepted.

The lecherous stereotypes though, probably just that, stereotypes. A friend once told me how when going to vacation Japanese often got offered sex service (professional, not because Japanese is particularly hot).
There's even westerners who still believe Japan have vending machine selling used underwear)

I think i know what you feel..

This kind of situation is pretty common, but maybe we see it in the "comical" version, the one that will make you grin.

But this artist makes those situation in the "real" version. And it kinda makes me weird.
Somehow it makes me fell "Poor you, big-breasted girl. Especially you, Ushio."

I know this example is not the perfect one, but i think it explains well.

When you see the "comical" pict i give, do you feel some kind "hatred" or something like that? Honestly i don't.

But when i see the "real" one, somehow i feel so irritated to those oldie with their perverted eyes.

Personally I find this image where nobody's really being hurt while depicting "misbehavior" much easier to find comical than one of a girl crying while having sex and her breasts being smashed, but that may just be my outlook.

I don't feel any hatred from that either, but I failed to see how that's anywhere near "comical".
    Cutesy,perhaps?
Anyway,I don't think it's about "real" or "comical",but rather the consent or (presume) lack thereof that cause the feeling of hatred here.
That pic could've been consensual,if a bit awkward, but this one imply "bribery",hence the hatred felt.

Also implying institution of old SoB. Like there's not enough hate against older generation politician/business already.
Just look at many story plots. Safe bet that the old institution holding power are the villains.
If the male here are young generation gangsters instead of businessmen/bureaucrats for example, the sentiment would be different (not necessarily positive, but different)

Well, that explains why many japanese tend to use shameless engrish instead of proper english.
(Well, it's not like I'm an expert myself...)

I get your point but yeah, not the best example; should have used one of Ryuujou (I'm sorry Ryuujou-chan ;_;).

Most of the stuff this guy draws with Ushio seems to refer to her getting sexually abused. (Poor girl, her only claim to fame is being a shy little girl with huge breasts.)

    Aah... It's him.
I'm blaming the huge breast to her name.

My favourite Ushio comic so far is Ushio-chan Diary. It's a series of 1koma, but she's really sweet in that, in a daughter kind of way.

Let's put the argument that Engrish is a decorative pattern rather than any attempt to linguistically convey a thought.

So not only that it's implied that she too gets sexually harassed by her supposed guardian (that is Admiral), but also suffering through molestation and constant perverted glances from surrounding men. And now she's going to get even worse than all that?

;_; It gives me feels seeing her smile in post #1687807 and post #1687805 knowing all that.

How the fuck is this comical? In what twisted world is that image comical?

    "comical" would mean "humorous, amusing".

"comic-book-ish" would be the closest to a translation of the idea you're looking for, although Western comic books have some differences from manga. Around here, where the English-speakers are generally familiar with anime and manga, "manga-ish" would do just fine.

Comical means funny, which is, I'm guessing, not quite what you were going for. (The adjective for something being similar to comics is usually "cartoonish" or "cartoony".)

If I get what you're trying to say right, there's not really an exact word for it that I can think of. "Less real" would be a good equivalent: saying that the other image doesn't affect the viewer as much because it feels "less real", for example, would convey the idea that the other image feels like something that would happen in a manga, not real life. (In contrast to this, which would feel "more real", i.e. like something that would happen in real life, and therefore affect the viewer more.)

What's your native language? There's probably someone here who speaks it and could explain it better than I can.

Edit: Also see Mithiwithi's post above; apparently I take a really long time to write posts.

Ah that's one, thanks for writing it for me. I'm not good in translating my language to English..

    Btw i'm an Indonesian.
