Kagerou seems to be the charming guy without realizing
Shiranui likes Kagerou but bad at expressing it
Kuroshio is black... probably not yandere, but definitely black

Akigumo and Makigumo are buddies
Hatsukaze and Yukikaze had a thing between them

Also, Kuroshio and Maikaze from the Kagerou-class haven't meet their division buddies. Unless Kagerou transfers to DesDiv 15, in Kuroshio's case.
