She's from one of the Dragon Quest games, might be a gender-swapped version of some character though.

Found it, She's the female version of the hero from Dragon Quest III apparantly. Since you could either pick male or female, it's probably not a gender-swap perse.

Anyone know where I can get the HCG source?
