there is, I do believe its "no_vagina/no_pussy" usually used for pictures where there should be a pussy, but the artist neglected to draw it...

This is how I understand it. Aegis, on the other hand, doesn't have one TO draw. So the tag doesn't really apply.

I wonder why people do not differentiate between the terms "android" and "gynoid." Is the latter simply not a common term?

That is so. "Gynoid" is simply not in common use, and as a result, "android" has evolved into a gender-neutral term for all human-type robots.
