    That's what I thought when I read it. I rather think, if it's truly such a very special Touhou in-joke, that other, corroborating examples will be extremely scarce. (That is, I suspect Kara'agetarou-san's the first to use it.)

    Basically this joke uses Japanese historical kana orthography. In this orthography, "YO(YOU)" sound shoud be written as "EU".
    Historical: ちくせう (chikusEU) = Current: ちくしょう (chikusYO)
    Historical: おぜうさま (ozEUsama) = Current: おじょうさま (ozYOsama)

    Indeed, that's the same reason the author sometimes signs as "Kara'agetarau".

    I was viewing from the perspective that the whole "Ozeusama" pronunciation had been adopted as an in-joke by Touhou fans, and thus a related joke with "chikuseu", which may or may not have ever been used in real life, would likely have very limited usage in anything we could currently find—possibly only in this story.
