Is this really Ibuki Pon's picture?

I'll presume all those other characters are the guys from the manga that were left out of the anime. Dang, that's a lot of them that weren't covered.
Out of curiosity, wasn't Minoru in the manga, since he's off in the corner weeping?

I found this pic on the pixiv page of kitsunebi and it matches kitsunebi's drawing style so I think this pic has nothing to do with Ibuki Pon.
