I can't make out what the dude in foreground at far left is using; the closest match I can come up with is a later production AK-12, but there's no front sight block. They're wearing winter MARPAT camouflage, and the dude at the left appears to have an Eagle RRV chest rig on, based on the straps. The spotter has two ITW Grimloc D-rings on his rig. The bag in the foreground is a Mystery Ranch 3 Day Assault pack.

The trail member of the moving group has a flat dark earth FN Mk.16 Mod 0 SCAR-L with CQB barrel, Magpul PMAG 30-round magazine with window, and Aimpoint Micro T-1 with factory lens caps and a 3x or 4x magnifier flipped to the side. His headset is an MSA Sordin or TCI Liberator series.

The next guy, wading, has what looks like an AK-74M (or -101) with an Aimpoint Micro T-1 mounted above the handguard, implying either a railed upper handguard or UltiMAK M2-B railed gas tube or similar. I can't make out the shotgun on his pack.

The leftmost guy has something (probably an AR-15 derivative) with a suppressor and EOTech.

The two guys behind the rocks have a suppressed HK416D10RS with what's probably a Trijicon ACOG of some kind and an M249 variant with short Para barrel, collapsible buttstock, and 200-round belt box.
