I can't make out the three rifles, but the pair of rocket launchers look like RPO-A Shmel thermobaric rocket launchers.

In the background are (L-R) a 36D6 "Tin Shield" air search radar, something I can't identify, and what looks an awful lot like the masts of a Project 1155 Fregat ("Udaloy-class") destroyer like Admiral Vinogradov here: the foremast topped by an MR-320M Topaz-V "Strut Pair" surface search radar, the mainmast topped by an MR-760MA Fregat-MA "Top Plate" air search radar, and barely visible as a silhouette, the MR-360 Podkat "Cross Sword" fire control radar mounted atop the helicopter hangar.
