    Too bad she get the same fate as her namesake. I hope the next Enterprise does well
    Personally, I prefer the CV-6 Big-E over the nuclear Big E anytime

    That's your decision but I would LOVE to see a ship-girl of USS Enterprise CVN-80. Not only is she slated to be armed with lasers for air defense, but she launches her planes ...

    That sounds as stupid as I-401 shooting out planes like a Wile E. Coyote slingshot. I don't remember the western nations accepting the Japanese or Norse concept of honor through death.
    Even Vietnam our hope was to bring our boys home after killing enough VietCongs.

    USS Enterprise (CVN-80) is slated to be the third GRF-class. Okay, yes, it's not a real railgun but it's essentially the same concept.

    It's no different than a normal catapult, it just uses magnets instead of steam power.
