I had thought that I read somewhere or knew for some reason that Dousei would be roughly 100 strips in length. Thus, this turn of events does fit.

Not sure it counts as a Shotgun wedding. They're both obviously excited and happy about it, so it might just be a rushed wedding.

Although I realize the origin of the term comes from the scenario of a man being forced at gunpoint to marry a girl he got pregnant (usually by her father), I thought nowadays the term generally referred to any rushed wedding due to a pregnancy.
