It's someone's alt account, but I don't think it's tansuke's. The style is slightly different, and tansuke puts similar takagi pics on his main account. Also I read 「なのでファンイラストを描いてます公式とは何の関係もございません。」 as saying these are unofficial fan illustrations, which would mean it's not tansuke.

Hmm, personally I think the style looks like tansuke's old style. But if that sentence is the case, then that must be it (I didn't actually check the image's post (derp), just the profile description.)
