Can't tell if this is inside of a train or a train station, so I'm leaving that tag off.

I believe it's a station - a sign (not a screen) showing the current location, no windows, no long row of seats, but instead a single bench (?). And I doubt you would find notice boards like that inside a train, although I might be wrong on that one.

Depends on the train and country the notice boards would be higher though above the windows.
