Isn't this a parody of the DBZ scene when Freezer is mocking about Krilin after Goku transformed into Super Saiyan for the first tile? The phrasing does remind me of something here. (Something about "that earthling?" instead of "that malicious tongue-lashing"; i don't remember the exact quote, as I've watched the anime in French and played Budokai on PS2 with japanese voices, so I might be wrong...)
