If Kikuzuki from earlier is an eternal Chuunibyou, Nagatsuki here is literally in another world.
She's so over the top that some people on Pixiv thinks she's actually for real. The argument is that since shinkaisei-kan basically runs on magic it wouldn't be strange to have magical creatures like man-eating trees.
Guess we will have to wait to find out which is it.
