No, I looked through the entire pattern, and it seems it's "Kasodani KYOUKO ➝ Yasaka KANAKO", so next is "YASAKA Kanako ➝ Y??? ???". So that means Kanako has...... a Yakumo's body. Yukari seems more likely, since Yukari's given name is paired with Yuugi, so her surname is what needs to be paired with someone else's.

But if it's Ran... Ran would have the body of someone with an 'R' given name... It can't be Raiko or Reimu, since those two are connected already. Reisen, Remilia, and (O)Rin are unchanged. Other characters with names starting with R are unlikely to appear, so yea. (Rinnosuke?)
