With Yuugi, she just needs to look up when putting on her t-shirt. Suika, now that you mentioned, does wear a button'd up shirt.

Horn should point along the direction of travel: Down putting on, up taking off. Alternately, gather up the neck and the hem and just thread the whole thing around the horn in one go.
