That, or Nakamura and Hayami just happen to be a very popular pair for lead roles.

If this show was at least like this (and Madhouse not being shit on for doing anything wrong) and funny, I would liked it. But because of Mahouka's core story is taken to seriosult and in connection of OreImo seiyuu, it's too late. Like the late Nate Dogg said in Justin Timberlake's "Cry me a River", "The damage is done, so I guess I'll be leavin'"

Though if you check out Felini vs Aliya's fight in Gundam Build Fighters, you can see Ayase's reaction to the ending of Oreimo.
