Not a T-90 - ArmA 3's "T-100 Varsuk" is essentially just the Black Eagle '90s mockup tank, based on the T-80, except actually functional and in use. (Although I don't own the game, looking on the Internet, a lot of stuff in it is like this - if not outright something real, but renamed, it's often components from other systems stuck together.)

... Except that blowing yourself up isn't that appealing

Not that it's going to be helpful anyway. Personal experience from the game told me that those things are useless against tanks.

EDIT:Even with the new tank DLC, that thing is still useless as f*ck...
