Could be Tuna or Salmon.

It's probably spam. Very popular in Okinawa since, after WWII, the easiest meat to distribute to islands under control of the U.S. was spam.

Hibiki's uniform looks very similar to that of Shuri High School in Okinawa, the high school that my wife attended, but the building behind her is completely different. I wonder what school it's supposed to be...
