The first location name is tricky; it's apparently pronounced "Choujabaru" when referring to a place in Oita Prefecture or a train station in Fukuoka Prefecture, but "Choujahara" when referring to the service area. "Pairon" also fooled me initially, but then I found how it was pronounced through the link in the relevant note above.
Reader-added tags are sparse as I type this, consisting of "Only Yuyuko-sama has room to spare" and "Boss of the System".
"Pairon" would probably be familiar to old-timey Macross fans... come to think of it, how common is it for Chinese joints in Japan to use (an approximation of) the Chinese pronunciation for the establishment's name?
