The 言 kanji has also the variant with the first upper stroke being diagonal, not horizontal, because this is how you write it.
There are also some signs that look different in print and writing. To make things more complicated, some fonts does not actually use Japanese, but Chinese versions of kanji, which results in even more discrepancies. XD
