From what I can find, Earl Gray is the name of the circle. shino_(eefy) and shirogane_hina appear to be some of the members.

It is. they made a lot of voice CD series. Some are voice drama while most are on the "DOKIDOKI" series which involves the listener sleeping with a Touhou character. It has spin-offs like "-koi" series which is Touhou character confess her love to the listener's CD and another series involving the listener dating with a Touhou character.
