1. "にくじゃが" can mean "meat and potato stew" instead of "meat, but...".
2. I would read トクセイ as 特製 instead of 徳性, and translate to "Shirou's specialty (stew)" instead of "Shirou is a moral person".
I haven't watched Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo though, and she isn't putting much grammatical rigor into this song, so I might be missing something. More opinions are welcome.
