Worst possible combination - After getting your hopes up, you find out that the food's bad, you missed your ride in the process and getting stuck in bad weather. Hang in there, Kogasa-san!

For the poll, any one of those shops are good. However, I find that home made udon is delicious, if only because you put effort into making it yourself. Then again, you can't beat food that you've prepared for someone you care about.
