Added the ppsh-41 tag, this one seems to have the 30 rounds clip tho.

It's a Beretta MAB 38.

Edit: Compare barrel shroud, lightening cuts in stock on both sides of magwell, ejection port on left-hand side, double trigger, straight magazine angled slightly forward.

Edit 2: Also, judging from the long gas tube and position of the trigger, the rifle is a Haenel MKb 42(H), but as that was the immediate predecessor of the MP43, I don't see a need to change the tag.
