I've just started KanColle a few days ago.

I couldn't get any of the Kongou sisters (as a drop) in open sea battles...
so I gave up, chinned up and started building ships, leading me to get even Nagato lol

Hmm, seems there is a specific timing to when each class gets created.

main idea is that with the recipe stated above, you mainly get CAs. however, once you start getting CLs, after waiting approximately 10 seconds, you will get regular BBs if you craft within a 20 seconds period.

When that period ends, for 10 seconds, you can craft for a Fast battleship (Kongou class).

I'm not confident in providing the proper idea right now, but I think this is what it says in general.

Edit: tried it out. not bad; I got Nagato after burning away 2 Development materials.

3・BB Capturing!!

To all Admirals in the country, good afternoon! I've stumbled upon an adamant rule regarding the battleship recipe in KanColle, and I would now like to share my findings with you!

This period lasts no longer than ten seconds, however, so take note!

With 400-30-600-30, the construction timer would generally set to a little more than an hour. During this period, an admiral will mostly be blessed with CAs. Furthermore, this result will persist for quite a while.

Once over, the cycle will repeat... However...!

Once the timer drops below 1 hour, prepare to hunt!

In that case, the only thing them is having their equipment stripped off them to be scrapped and the ships themselves would become modernization materials...

This lucky period lasts for about 20 seconds.

You would mostly craft CLs or DDs.
