Not if you're playing version 1.8.
Hyper Voice is a Beast type move there which actually is super effective against Ghosts.
No wonder Murasa got knocked out...

Kyouko's most powerful Sound-type move she can learn is Danmaku Orchestra with a base power of 120 (As powerful as pre-6th gen Blizzard). Sound hits Dark-, Water-, and Nether-types neutrally. Power Kyouko has a base Spread Attack stat of 130.

Wouldn't it be simpler to say that her ability is Scrappy?

Unless we're talking about the Touhoumon games?

I think Rumia is a Dark type though, given her abilities
