It might seem "impossible", but trust me, it's really not just as it's all too possible for women to NOT be the only gender with anorexia problems.

When you are so obsessed in finally "looking good" and being better like this guy for instance http://youtu.be/DHE5BTPjd3k then your body somehow pulls it off (normally I would think Dr. Phil is some kind of "quack", but my parents had me watch this when I was doing very much the same thing).

This is EXTREMELY dangerous though so I'm almost wondering which disease will kill poor Patchy first, her anorexia OR her illness (now that I think about it, I don't know WHAT that other illness she has actually....)

With that level of body fat, you would be burning muscle with your exercise.
