Looks like that Dragon is a Neruoi.... makes sense and is pretty neat given from the Movie we see Neruoi taking the forms of beasts, monsters, mythological creatures and demons/yokai.

Witches of the Sphinx even had a Neruoi take the form of the Sphinx and was the Strike Witches worlds version of the mythological sphinx of our real world mythology.

Makes for some interesting and compelling world building...
